Sales through our LLSupplyStore.com Storefront may be returned, refunded, or exchanged up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Return Shipping
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns created because L&L Supply Store, LLC mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or because the item is damaged or defective, qualify for free return shipping up to 30 days after you receive the item.
Non-Returnable Items
At times, we may sell some items that are labeled "Non-Returnable". These Non-Returnable items are not eligible for our standard return process. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items once the order is placed; however, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items (unless otherwise stated). If you still need help with a non-returnable Item, please contact our customer experience address.
Special Order Items
At times, we may sell some items that are labeled "Special Order". Special Order items returned or canceled after are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Manufacture’s Warranty:
Unless specified otherwise, merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Occasionally, we procure discounted merchandise from our suppliers that may not include the manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, the Manufacturer's Warranty will be noted as excluded.
Ordered the Wrong Products
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you can start the return process by contacting our customer experience address. All items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging with the return authorization form received from customer experience included in the box. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange. If you still need help, please contact our customer experience address.
Received Defective Products
L&L Supply Store, LLC must be notified of defective products within 30 days of receipt. Please email customer experience to set up the return for you. Be sure to include the return authorization form received by customer experience in the box. For fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) ordered when we receive your return). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your new items after we receive your return. L&L Supply Store, LLC will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement.
Received a Damaged Package
If you receive damaged items, please notify L&L Supply Store, LLC within 5 days of receipt by contacting customer experience. When shipping a return, make sure to include the return authorization form received by customer experience in the box. For the fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them to you as soon as possible. You'll be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) you ordered when we receive your return. If you do not place a new order, we'll ship your new items after we receive your return. Received Incorrect Products

International Returns
We no longer ship to any location outside of the United States.
All Other Returns
Any item that doesn't fit into one of aforementioned categories will be eligible for return within 30 days receipt of the product. You can start the return process by contacting customer experience. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the return form included in the box.
